Return & Refund Policy

At Ztokit, we supply premium-grade professional lighting solutions for studio, stage, and film production. Due to the technical sensitivity of lighting equipment, all return requests are handled under strict quality and inspection standards.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
Important:
Professional lamps and lighting equipment are highly sensitive. Once installed, powered on, or used, products are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used lighting products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or voltage fluctuation

Damaged or Defective Products

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Return Process

  1. Email support@ztokit.com with your order number
  2. Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  3. Wait for approval from our support team
  4. Ship the product to the provided return address

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Orders already shipped are treated as return requests.
